Self care isn’t just about massages and yoga; it’s listening to your body and heart, then heeding to what they say they need.
Your inner voice: Everyone has one; it’s that whisper you hear or slight nudge you get at times. Perhaps it’s telling you to check on a friend, or get outside and go for a walk to clear your head. It’s the thing you wish you listened to, when things could have turned out better if you did.
This section is all about getting to know that whisper and practicing ways to heads it’s advice. Through breathing techniques and initiatives, that not only ease the mind, but help fight against aging as an added bonus. We have stretching rooms where you can find your calm while tending to your body and walk you through the importance of morning and evening routines to make the most out of each day. There will also be times when you’ll be asked to take a mental health day (or week) every now and then to recharge the batteries.
