Breath.

The life force we take for granted simply because we’ve been doing it longer than anything else; it’s embedded in our subconscious. Our breath flows with our energy and reflects what we’re feeling inside. If you can learn to control your breath, especially under stress, you can conquer and take control of your life.

The breath is your souls pulse, you can feel how your soul is feeling simply by paying attention to your breath. To calm your center, focus on your breath.

Inhale for a 4 count. Hold for 2 counts. Exhale for 6 counts.

Want to change your life or just a portion of it? Center in first by focuses on the breath. Go within yourself as your breath. Thank the thoughts that flash through your mind kindly for doing what a mind is suppose to do, then release the thoughts to focus back on the breath. Center yourself. Then work from that space.
